Court confirmation of capital repayment

Natasa Mining Ltd is pleased to advise that following approval by shareholders at an Extraordinary General Meeting held on 29 June 2011 to make a capital repayment of US35 cents per share, the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands has now confirmed the repayment.

Accordingly, the record date to determine shareholders entitled to participate in the capital repayment will be 16 August 2011 and the shares will be quoted ex-capital repayment on AIM on 17 August 2011.

It is expected that the payment to shareholders will be completed prior to the end of August 2011.
