Block Listing

The Company has applied to the Alternative Investment Market of the London
Stock Exchange for a block listing of 2,000,000 Ordinary shares of 5p each.

These shares, ranking pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary
shares in issue, will be allotted pursuant to the grant of share options to
overseas employees under the New Star employee incentive arrangements.

It is expected that such block admission will become effective on 10 April
2006.
