APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR

As reported in the Company's preliminary results announced on 25 March 2004,
Stephen John Thursfield Brown, aged 55, has been appointed a non-executive
director with effect from 25 March 2004.

Stephen was previously deputy managing director and finance director of Centre
Parcs and currently holds non-executive directorships and trustee roles with
various organisations including as chairman of East Midlands Tourist Board and a
council member of the University of Derby.

Stephen is a director of the following companies: Steve Brown & Associates
Limited, National Space Centre Operations Limited, All Being Well Limited and
Anchor Housing Trust. Stephen has been a director, but no longer holds office,
of the following companies within the last five years: Spacenow Limited, The New
Millennium Experience Company Limited, Ever 1551 Limited and Venue Plan Limited.

There are no matters to be disclosed under paragraph 16.4 of the Listing Rules.
