The Company has received notice of a Court hearing on 27 June 2008 following an
application by a creditor of the Company to appoint Administrators.  The
proposed Administrators are Gerald Maurice Krasner and Andrew David Haslam, both
of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 2 Collingwood Street, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1
1JF.
