Director's Dealing

The Company was notified on 7 March 2006 that on that day Robert Cahill, the
recently appointed Group Finance Director, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 1
pence each in the Company at a price of 34 pence per ordinary share.  Following
this purchase the holding of Mr. Cahill is 10,000 ordinary shares (representing
0.02 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital of 52,303,581 ordinary
shares of 1 pence each).
