Board Appointment

The Board of Nipson Digital Printing Systems PLC is pleased to announce the
appointmentof Robert Alan Cahill, aged 46, as a director, with immediate effect.
Mr. Cahill is currently a director of Nipson UK Ltd, Nipson America Inc., Nipson
GmbH and Nipson Italia srl. Previous directorships over the past five years have
included Stockinox SA, Bossard International Finance (Jersey) Ltd, Bossard Spain
SA, Bossard Germany GmbH and Bossard System Supply SAS.

There are no further details required to be disclosed under paragraph g of
schedule 2 of the AIM Rules.
