Transaction in Own Bonds
Following the statement made on 6th of February 2009, Nanette announces that it
has purchased an additional tranche of its own bonds traded on the Tel Aviv
Stock Exchange, of par value of NIS 7.5 million (Euro 1.43 million) ) for the
total consideration of NIS 4.35 million (Euro 830 thousand).
This additional purchase further illustrates Nanette's financial strength as a
group. In the current global economic crisis, this is in itself a considerable
achievement and it is a testament to Nanette's strong operating model and
proactive financial management.
The transaction will provide an additional profit at group level that will be
reflected in the financial results for this year.
