    Transaction in own bonds

    Following the announcements made on December 19, 23 and 24, 2008; Nanette announces that it has purchased an additional tranche of its
own bonds on the  Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, of par value of NIS 35,585,553 (Euro 6.5 millions) for the total consideration of NIS 10.8
million (Euro 1.97 million)

    This purchase further illustrates Nanette's financial strength as a group. In the current global economic crisis, this is in itself a
considerable achievement and is testament to Nanette's strong operating model and proactive financial management.

    The transaction will provide an additional profit at Group level that will be reflected in the next preliminary results.
