    Nanette announces that Maalot, the Standard & Poor's Investors Service Israeli affiliate, has reduced the Company's rating from the
level of A2 to the level of BBB2. This move is in line with Maalot's sentiment across the entire real estate sector.

    As the Company reported on 11 November 2008, its A2 rating was reaffirmed by Moody's Investors Service.
