Metal-Tech, the hydrometallurgy and chemical company focussing on the production 
and recycling of specialty metals such as tungsten and molybdenum, today 
announces that having completed his term in office, Mr. Roy Margolin, External 
Director of the Company, has decided to stand down from the Board with immediate 
effect. Mr Margolin has reluctantly informed the Board of his decision due to 
the pressure of other business commitments. 
Aik Rosenberg, Chairman of Metal-Tech, said: "The Board would like to thank Roy 
for the significant and valuable contribution he has made to the Company's 
affairs during his time in office." 
The Company is searching for a replacement and will update on its progress. 
Metal-Tech will be announcing interim results for the period ended 30 June 2009 
on 17 September 2009.
