molybdenum, announces that Jonathan Ben-Cnaan, has stepped down from his post as 
Chief Executive Officer and as a Board member as of 15 March, 2009. 
 
 
Mr. Aik Rosenberg, Chairman of the Board, will serve as acting CEO ahead of a 
replacement being appointed in due course. The Company will be making the 
announcement of its full year results by end of April 2009.
