    Director Shareholding

    Metal-Tech Ltd. has been informed that Ariel Rosenberg, the Executive Chairman and a director of the Company, purchased 10,000 ordinary
shares in the Company at 17.9p per share on 30 October 2008.

    Mr.Rosenberg now holds 27,927,000 shares (of which 27,270,000 are owned in the name of Hillah Consultants Ltd.) representing 72.77 per
cent of the issued share capital in the Company.
