                                Chairman Change



As the Company indicated at the time of the Group's interim results announced on
21 September 2004, Eric Moore has relinquished his position as Non-Executive
Chairman although he will remain a Director of the Company until the conclusion
of the Group's next Annual General Meeting in May 2005 when he will retire from
the Board.

With effect from today, John Crabtree who joined the Board as a Non-Executive
Director in September 2003 will take over the role as Non-Executive Chairman. Mr
Crabtree, age 55, is a retired senior partner of Wragge & Co. In addition to his
role at Metalrax, he is also Deputy Chairman of Birmingham Hippodrome Limited
and Vice President of the Birmingham Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
