Pursuant to the already approved share option schemes, Metalrax Group PLC has
made application to the Council of the Stock Exchange for ordinary shares of 5p
each to be admitted to the official list.  The shares rank Pari Passu in all
respects to the existing shares of 5p each.

Copies of the brochure may be obtained from the company announcement office of
the Stock Exchange for a period of 2 business days from the date herein and may
be obtained from the Company's registered office at the address shown above for
a period of 14 days from the date herein.
