                          Notice of Preliminary Results

Metalrax Group, the niche supplier of specialist engineering and consumer
durable products, today confirms that it intends to announce its preliminary
results for the financial year ended 31 December 2007, on Friday, 4 April 2008.

An analysts' presentation will be held on the day at 9.15 for 9.30am at the
offices of Smithfield.
