March Networks and BT Redcare Offer Advanced Video Surveillance Solutions in
the U.K. Market

OTTAWA, ONTARIO, April 16, 2007 -- March Networks(tm) (TSX:MN; AIM:MNW), a leading

announced today that it will work with BT Redcare Group, a division of BT Group
plc, to offer advanced digital video solutions to organizations in the United
Kingdom.
