                          Directors/PDMR shareholdings


The Company was notified on 4 April, 2007 that, on the same day, Alan Horn, a
director of the Company, acquired 9,673 common shares ("Common Shares") in the
Company at a price of C$11.14 per Common Share. As a result of this acquisition,
Alan Horn has a resultant beneficial interest of 10,626 Common Shares, which
represents 0.063% of the current issued share capital.


The Company was also notified on 4 April, 2007 that, on the same day, Peter
Strom, a director of the Company, acquired 9,050 common shares ("Common Shares")
in the Company at a price of C$11.03 per Common Share. As a result of this
acquisition, Peter Strom has a resultant beneficial interest of 9,050 Common
Shares, which represents 0.054% of the current issued share capital.
