                          Directors/PDMR shareholdings


The Company was notified on 14 December 2006 that, on the same day, Peter Strom,
a director of the Company, exercised 50,000 options over common shares in the
Company ("Common Shares"), 37,291 at an exercise price of C$5.00 per Common
Share and 12,709 at an exercise price of C$13.03 per share. Following this
disposal Peter Strom has a resultant beneficial interest in 249,166 options over
Common Shares, which represents approximately 1.49 % of the current issued share
capital.
