The Company was notified on 7 July 2006 that, on the same day, Wesley Clover
Corporation, the company's principal shareholder controlled by Sir Terence
Matthews, Chairman of the Company, disposed of 500,000 common shares ("Common
Shares") in the Company at a price of $22.50 per Common Share. As a result of
this disposal Mr. Matthews' remaining beneficial interest is 4,150,329 Common
Shares, which represents 25.0% of the current issued share capital.
