                          Directors/PDMR shareholdings


The Company was notified on 13 June 2006 that, on the same day, Joe Culp, a
director of the Company, following the exercise of 5,583 options over Common
Shares in the Company ("Common Shares") at an exercise price of C$5.00 per
Common Share, and 1,400 options over Common Shares in the Company at an exercise
price of C$17.50 per Common Share, disposed of the newly issued Common Shares at
an average sale price of approximately C$18.48. Following this exercise and
disposal, Joe Culp has a resultant beneficial interest in 5,217 options over
Common Shares, which represents approximately 0.032% of the current issued share
capital.
