             March Networks Corporation ("March" or the "Company")

                          Directors/PDMR shareholdings

The Company was notified on the 9 March 2006, Peter Strom, a director of the
Company, was granted, for nil consideration, 12,500 options over common shares
in the Company ("Common Shares") at an exercise price of C$35.93 per Common
Share. Following this grant Peter Strom had a resultant beneficial interest in
217,500 options over Common Shares, which represented approximately 1.32% of the
then current issued share capital.

The Company was notified on 16 March 2006 that, on the same day, Peter Strom, a
director of the Company, following the exercise of 18,334 options over Common
Shares at an exercise price of C$5.00 per Common Share, disposed of the newly
issued Common Shares. Following this exercise and disposal Peter Strom has a
resultant beneficial interest in 199,166 options over Common Shares, which
represents approximately 1.2% of the current issued share capital.
