Publication of Response Document

Change of accounting reference date

The Offer Document relating to the cash offer made by CAG Vega 2 Limited ("Bidco"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Constellation Automotive Holdings Limited, of 400 pence per share for the entire issued and to be issued share capital of the Company ("Offer") was published on 14 December 2021.

The response document from MMH ("Response Document") is being published today and will be available on the Company's website www.mmhplc.com/investors up to and including the end of the Offer Period. For information purposes only, the Response Document will also be sent, or made available to, holders of MMH Options.

The Company's accounting reference date has been changed from 31 December to 31 March. The next audited financial statements will be prepared in respect of the 15 month period ending 31 March 2022.

Defined terms used but not defined in this announcement have the meanings set out in the Response Document.
