Appointment of Mr Christopher Stainforth as Chief Executive Officer
The Board of Directors of Durlacher Corporation Plc are pleased to announce that
Christopher Stainforth will join the Company as Chief Executive Officer from
today.
He joins Durlacher from Ermgassen & Co, a specialist European cross border M&A
advisory company.
Having qualified as a chartered accountant with Peat Marwick Mitchell & Co, he
has participated in creating and growing a number of corporate finance and
investment banking businesses over the past 22 years. He worked for Schroders
and UBS Phillips & Drew before becoming Managing Director and joint Head of
Corporate Finance at Guinness Mahon Henderson Crosthwaite.

Christopher Stainforth holds, and has held within the preceding five years, the
following directorships in publicly quoted companies.

director of Guinness Mahon Henderson Crosthwaite.
