The Company today announces that Mr Kevin Parry, the Chief Executive of the
Company, on 21 November 2007 acquired 21,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each
("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 30.98 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following the acquisition of these ordinary shares, Mr Parry will be
beneficially interested in 1,277,957 Ordinary Shares representing 0.39 per cent.
