The Company today announces that on 16 November 2007 Mr Alan Barber, a
non-executive director of the Company, acquired 142,000 ordinary shares of 25
pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 31.5 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following the acquisition of these ordinary shares, Mr Barber will be
beneficially interested in 500,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.15 per cent.
