                       Director's Shareholding

The Company today announces that on 21 September 2007 Mr Craig Smith, the
Finance Director of the Company, acquired 50,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence
each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 43.25 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following the acquisition of these ordinary shares, Mr Smith will be
beneficially interested in 50,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.02 per cent. of
the issued share capital of the Company.
