Management Consulting Group PLC (the "Group" or "MCG") announces that Mr Jacques
Manardo, a non-executive director of MCG, stepped down from the board yesterday
with immediate effect.

Mr Manardo, who was previously non-executive Chairman of Ineum, was appointed to
the board of MCG in September 2006 under the terms of the agreement entered into
by the Group and Ineum as part of MCG's acquisition of Ineum.
