The Company has been informed that on 23 March 2005 Baroness Cohen of Pimlico
("Baroness Cohen"), a non-executive director of the Company, purchased, 12,800
ordinary shares of 25 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 60.18 pence
per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase Baroness Cohen is beneficially
interested in 48,800 Ordinary Shares representing 0.026 per cent. of the issued
share capital of the Company.
