The Board of Medgenics announces that on 23 October 2009 Lord Leonard Steinberg
(a Director of the Company) informed the Company that on 23 October 2009 he
acquired in the market 25,000 common shares of US$ 0.0001 each ("Common Shares")
in the Company at a price of 12 pence per Common Share.
Lord Steinberg's holding of Common Shares following this purchase is 18,609,725
Common Shares representing 15.7 % of the issued share capital (excluding his
interest in warrants and convertible debentures as previously announced).
