It has been confirmed today by Renold plc ("Renold") that David Shearer, Renold's Senior Independent Director, will not be seeking re-election as a Director of Renold at its Annual General Meeting on 12 July 2012.

In accordance with Paragraph 9.6.15 of the Listing Rules of the UKLA, Mouchel confirms that there are no matters which require notification in respect of Paragraph 9.6.13 (1-6) in relation to David Shearer.
