LightwaveRF plc ("LightwaveRF","Lightwave" or the "Company"),the leading smart home solutions provider, announces that the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held on Thursday 25 April 2019 at 12:00 noon at the offices of Committed Capital Financial Services Limited 150, Buckingham Palace Road, London SW1W 9TR.

The AGM will be followed by a short demonstration of the Company's products and a brief review of the Company's strategy given by Jason Elliott, the Company's Chief Executive.
