PDMR Dealing

LightwaveRF plc ("LightwaveRF" or the "Company"), the leading smart homes solutions provider, was notified on 22 March 2019 that on 20 March 2019, Adam Williams, Chief Revenue Officer of the Company and a person discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMR"), purchased 3,750 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company (the "Shares") at a price of 8.5 pence per Share under the Company's open offer, announced on 28 February 2019. Following this purchase, Adam Williams' total interest in the Company comprises 48,750 Shares, representing approximately 0.05 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
