Directorate change

Ludorum plc ("Ludorum" or "the Company") announces that Charles Caminada, Chief Operating Officer and co-founder of Ludorum, will be standing down from the Company at its annual general meeting on 28 June 2012 and retiring from the Board of Directors of the Company at the same time.

Charles Caminada said, "After 37 years in our industry including 15 years at HIT Entertainment and now nearly 7 years since we started Ludorum, I've decided it is a good time to be looking at some other things to do in my life. Ludorum is well established with a strong team and Chuggington continues to roll out successfully around the world. I shall be keeping a substantial shareholding in the Company and look forward to watching it grow."

Commenting on the announcement Rob Lawes, co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, said, "I have worked closely with Charlie for 22 years and through some very rewarding times. I am incredibly proud of what we have achieved together, building global successes of Thomas & Friends, Bob the Builder and now Chuggington and on behalf of all our staff and shareholders, I wish him every success in the future".
