Ludorum ("Ludorum" or the "Company") announces that Charles Caminada, Chief Operating Officer of the Company, today sold to his Suffolk Life SIPP 10,858 ordinary shares of 1p each representing 0.11 % of the issued share capital of Company, at a price of GBP3.6625 per share.

As Charles Caminada is the beneficiary of the Suffolk Life SIPP, his beneficial holding in Ludorum remains the same as prior to the transaction. Charles Caminada currently holds 758,602 shares representing 7.7% of the existing issued ordinary share capital of the Company. The transaction was undertaken solely for personal financial planning purposes.
