Ludorum plc ("Ludorum" or the "Company") announces that it has issued 936,000 
ordinary shares in relation to the Ludorum plc Share Ownership Arrangement. 
Application has been made for the 936,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the 
Company to be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange's AIM market. It 
is expected that dealings will commence on 4 August 2009. 
 
 
The total number of ordinary shares in issue, and the total number of voting 
rights in the Company, will be 9,360,001 following the admission of these 
additional 936,000 ordinary shares to trading. This figure, 9,360,001, may be 
used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will 
determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their 
interest in, Ludorum plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

Following the grant of ordinary shares under the Ludorum plc Share Ownership 
Arrangement, the following Ludorum directors have increased their interest in
