                    Ludorum plc ("Ludorum" or "the Company")

      Result of the Extraordinary General Meeting (the "EGM") and Placing


Ludorum announces that all the resolutions put to the shareholders at the
Company's EGM held earlier today were duly passed.

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange plc for the 850,000 First
Placing Shares to be admitted to trading on its AIM market on 6 November 2007. A
further application has been made for the 2,250,000 Second Placing Shares to be
admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange's AIM market on 7 November
2007.

It is expected that dealing in the First Placing Shares will commence at 8.00
a.m. on 6 November 2007 and that dealings in the Second Placing Shares will
commence at 8.00 a.m. on 7 November 2007.


Both the First Placing Shares and the Second Placing Shares will rank pari passu
in all respects with the existing ordinary shares of the Company


The Placing Shares (the First Placing Shares together with the Second Placing
Shares) will represent approximately 38.3 per cent. of the Company's enlarged
issued ordinary share capital immediately following the second admission on 7
November 2007. The total number of ordinary shares in issue following the second
admission will be 8,100,001.

2007.
