Taube Hodson Stonex Partners Limited ('THS') is a discretionary fund manager and
does not invest on its own behalf but invests on behalf of its clients (that are
large institutional funds i.e. Pension Funds, Unit trusts). THS controls the
shares on the client's behalf.


THS has held Ludorum Plc shares on behalf of clients since 29/03/2006. This
initial holding was 10%. On 30/03/2007, the holding dropped below the 10% limit
to 8.61% and has remained at this level since then.


In accordance with the DTR transitional provisions, the issuer should have been
notified by 20th March 2007.
