Leyshon Resources Limited ("Leyshon") (AIM & ASX: LRL) announces the following shareholder information, required to be disclosed
pursuant to the ASX Listing Rules.

5. VOTING RIGHTS
Fully Paid Ordinary Shares
Subject to any rights or restrictions for the time being attached to any shares or class of shares of the Company, each member of the
Company is entitled to receive notice of, attend and vote at a general meeting. Resolutions of members will be decided by a show of hands
unless a poll is demanded. On a show of hands each eligible voter present has one vote. However, where a person present at a general meeting
represents personally or by proxy, attorney or representative more than one member, on a show of hands the person is entitled to one vote
only despite the number of members the person represents.
On a poll each eligible member has one vote for each fully paid share held and a fraction of a vote for each partly paid share
determined by the amount paid up on that share.
Holders of options do not have voting rights.
6. ON-MARKET BUY BACK
There is currently no on-market buy back program for Leyshon Resources Limited's listed securities.
