                                Grant of options

On 8 April 2008, options to subscribe for up to 750,000 ordinary shares in the
Company were granted to an employee of the Company, (pursuant to the Company's
share option incentive scheme). These options are exercisable at A$0.70 per
share, (being the prevailing price of the Company's ordinary shares on the date
of grant,) and can be exercised at any time up to and including 30 June 2011.
