The Company was informed today that RBC Trustees (Guernsey) Limited ATF The
Cleveland Fund has purchased 1,000,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the
Company. John Fletcher, a director in the Company is a beneficiary of The
Cleveland Fund. As a result of this transaction Mr. Fletcher is beneficially
interested in 1,202,824 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company,
representing 0.9% of the Company's entire issued share capital.
