    The Company was informed on 24 September that on 23 September FDS Pharma ("FDS") disposed of 100,00 ordinary shares of 0.5p each
("Ordinary Shares") at 18 pence each. 

    FDS directors and partners Dr Dimitry D. Genkin and Dr Tatiana Zhuravskaya are non-executive directors of Lipoxen. Following this
disposal they, through FDS, have an interest in Lipoxen of 43,255,316 Ordinary Shares, representing 36.2 per cent of the issued Ordinary
Share capital in the Company.
