In conformity with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company
notifies the market of the following:



Lipoxen's capital consists of 119,593,552ordinary shares of 0.5p each ("Ordinary
Shares") with voting rights. No Ordinary Shares are held in treasury, therefore
the total number of voting rights in the Company is 119,593,552.



The above figure (119,593,552) may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify
their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Lipoxen under the FSA's
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
