London, UK, 31 July, 2007 - Lipoxen plc, a biopharmaceutical company
specialising in the development of high value differentiated biologicals,
vaccines and oncology drugs, today announces that Colin Hill, Finance Director
of the Company has been awarded a total of 400,000 share options in the Company
exercisable at a price of 47.75 pence per share and vesting as noted below:

200,000 options exercisable at 47.75 pence per share vesting immediately
200,000 options exercisable at 47.75 pence per share vesting on 31 July 2008
