                              Holdings in Company



The Company announces that it was informed today that on 13 June 2007 Poonawalla
Investments and Industries PVT. Ltd ("PIIPL") acquired an additional 1,000,000
ordinary shares of the Company and a further 1,012,500 ordinary shares on 20
June 2007. As a result, PIIPL's total shareholdings now amounts to 5,787,500
ordinary shares of the Company, representing 4.84% of the Company's current
issued and outstanding ordinary shares and subsequent total voting rights.
