Lonrho PLC (LONR.LN), a pan-African company with a portfolio of investments in agribusiness, infrastructure, hotels, transportation and support services, said Thursday it has completed the acquisition of 100% of the John Deere and Komatsu dealerships for Mozambique.

MAIN FACTS:

-The transaction was completed on the same terms as announced when formal Heads of Agreement were signed on the Feb. 18.

-At 1216 GMT shares up 0.25 pence, or 2.1%, at 12.25 pence.
