Further to the announcement made on 9 December 2009 relating to the GBP9.1 
million placing, Lonrho (AIM: LONR), is today posting a circular to shareholders 
convening a General Meeting of the Company. The meeting will be held at 2.00 pm 
on Tuesday 29 December 2009, for the purposes of considering and, if thought 
fit, passing resolutions to approve the issue of the placing shares.
