    DIRECTOR'S DEALING

    Lonrho (AIM: LONR) announces that it was informed, on 10 December 2008, that David Armstrong, the Finance Director of the Company, had
purchased, on 10 December 2008, 200,000 ordinary shares at a price of 4.725 pence per share. Following this Mr Armstrong holds an interest
in 200,000 ordinary shares in the Company representing approximately 0.026% of the Company's issued share capital.
