The Company has been informed by L-R Managers, LLC that as at 19 March 2008, L-R
Global Partners, L.P. and L-R Global Fund Ltd were respectively interested in
11,790,650 and 9,766,566 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company.  In
total this represents a 5.69% holding in the Company's total issued share
capital of 378,814,995 ordinary shares.
