that Lonrho received a notification, dated 13th July 2007 from Blakeney
Management, that following the sale of 3,000,000 Ordinary shares of 1p each ("
Shares") on 11th and 12th July 2007 they now hold a notifiable interest in
20,857,644 Shares, representing 7.57% of the total voting rights of the Company.
These Shares are registered under Euroclear Nominees.
