DIRECTOR PURCHASE OF COMMON SHARES

London Mining announces that Sir Nicholas Bonsor (Non Executive Deputy Chairman of the Company) notified the Company on 10 September 2012, that he had purchased 5,000 ordinary shares in the Company on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange at 154 pence per share. Following this transaction, Sir Nicholas Bonsor holds 52,000 ordinary shares in the Company. Sir Nicholas Bonsor also holds options over 125,000 ordinary shares in the Company pursuant to the No 2 Share Option Plan.
